“I am proud to join my fellow patriots Gary Petersen, John Rutherford, and former Navy SEAL Will Hodge in hosting the Navy SEAL Foundation Evening of Tribute,” says Shea Morenz of Morenz Group.
Hundreds of heroes and supporters are expected to attend the February 6th event designed to pay homage to this group of our nation’s most quiet, elite warriors. It will be held at the River Oaks Country Club in Houston.
This is the 2nd year for the Evening of Tribute event in Texas, as the group expands in the state. The keynote speaker is Vice Admiral Robert S. Harward, Jr., USN, Retired and a former Navy SEAL himself. Other esteemed guests will participate in the evening as well, including native Texan, Retired U.S. Navy SEAL Marcus Lutrell, who received the Navy Cross for his actions in 2005 facing Taliban fighters in Afghanistan.
The event recognizes the courage, commitment, and sacrifice of the Naval Special Warfare community while giving guests and participants a chance to show their gratitude and support by raising money for and awareness of the Navy SEAL Foundation as it expands in Texas.
